THANKS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

New year brings new hope, new ideas and I hope we all receive courage to overcome new challenges and inspiration to write new blogposts. With New Year's Eve just around the corner I wish my readers a Happy New Year!

  1. Thanks to all readers who take time to read this blogpost and my other post
  2. Thanks to all of you who have taken time to write comments. I enjoy to read them!

Oliebollen are traditionally eaten on New Year's Eve. In wintertime, they are also sold in the street at mobile stalls.

GELUKKIG NIEUWJAAR!

Let us pray for
a year full of new opportunities
an abundance of
warm people among us
a life with God in our midst

  2. Hi Aritha. We also have a similar treat as your oliebol in South Africa called a Vetkoek. Sometimes it's also called an oliebol here. Thank you for the beautifully prophetic words for 2018. Happy New Year to you! Greetings Jo
