Early morning walk through forest. I share 5 summer photos. I walked from the forest to a heather field nearby and saw the heather in bloom, here and there.

According to meteorological website, we should see an extended period of high temperatures and sunny weather starting Wednesday, August 5. Wednesday will ease us into the potential heatwave, with temperatures of between 23 and 28 degrees throughout the country. Thursday, August 6, will see temperatures continue to rise. Hoe gaat het met jou?
Vanmorgen een fijne, vroege wandeling gemaakt door het bos. Op het laatst besloot ik ook nog naar een heideveld te wandelen, een paar kilometer verderop.
En ja hoor, hier en daar bloeit de heide al!
Volgens de meteorologen is er vanaf woensdag zonnig weer op komst, met temperaturen tussen de 23 en 28 graden door het hele land. Vanaf donderdag wordt het op veel plekken zelfs tropisch met 30-35 graden. Flink warm.

BeantwoordenVerwijderenAs for the weather, I live in a country with hot summers, so I'm kind of used to it, but this year, the worries about covid-19 make it all more difficult.
O yes, covid-19 makes us al "unsure". It is hard. I have read about hot summers in your country. Stille there will be rains after that, in late October (I hope).

BeantwoordenVerwijderenIk kan heel slecht tegen de hitte, ik heb astma dus ik heb er daardoor extra last van.
Ik houd meer van de winter en kou.

VerwijderenDie hitte daar kan ik niet zo goed tegen, blijf er het liefst zo veel mogelijk uit (in de schaduw) gelukkig hebben we een koel huis met een balkon op het oosten dus dat scheelt enorm.

Hi Aritha- Lovely Forest Photos- thank you. Its is cool here at -1 overnight and a top temperature of 15 Deg C through the day. You mentioned your 'Heat Wave' - in Summer our Heat Wave in 40 to 41 Deg C...very hot -though at 28 Deg C it is very comfortable in Summer. Stay Safe and Well there in the Netherlands Aritha. Cheers. I enjoyed all your photos. I also love seeing the heather in bloom. It sounds like your weather is similar to ours. We do OK until the temp gets up to about 27. Maybe it is just old age but I really don't enjoy temps above that. :-) Thank you for sharing, stay safe, stay cool. Have happy days ahead. John

Very beautiful nature scenes. We just had a few weeks of heatwave here and today rain. I hope it doesn't get too hot again. Just nice, sunny and moderate is how I like it. It makes good weather to get outdoors. enjoy your week.
