FLOWERS AND FAMILY

Drie dagen achter elkaar.

Leuk toch?

In the morning (today)

Three days in a row. Every morning this second sunflower surprised me. I show you three photos from the entire process. The last one was early this morning.

These flowers are not large. I made a photo with my hand next to the sunflower. Not huge but still beautiful.

Our oldest daughter signed her diploma. She is a nurse now. 👩‍⚕️  I'm very proud of her because she had to combine (? good English word?)  this study with her work as a nurse and the care for her small family. Well done!

Their son -  our grandson / onze kleinzoon

GOOD BYE

This week I also said goodbye to another daughter. She lives in a bus (LT35) with her partner and they love travelling. Today they are traveling south...

You can follow them HERE

Wishing you a Great Saturday!
How was your week?

Your English 'combine' was used correctly. You can be very happy and proud! :-)

  7. P.S. My favourite Dutch money was the 50-Guilder note which was covered in sunflowers. Very bright and happy. I love the patterns in the centres of sunflowers.

  13. To combine (yes, good word) her studies, work and family and still be able to attain her nursing license is a wonderful accomplishment. Congratulations to the entire family!
Best wishes to your "vagabond" daughter. I'm actually quite jealous that I can't live that way myself.
    Thanks for visiting.

  18. That's wonderful news about your daughter being a nurse. And I love that picture of your daughter sitting on top of the van. It reminds me of a picture on my Fourth of July post. The stages of the sunflower opening up is beautiful. Your grandson is a cute boy, Aritha.
